Don't Mess with Texas!

OPI has released their new S/S collection and has decided to come "home" to Texas for this season's inspiration. Using colours found in nature, the new Texas collection picks up on neutrals (think browns, beiges, greens and blues), but what would an OPI Spring/Summer collection be without their amazing purples, bold pinks, bright oranges and cute corals. I am loving the brights, but it's thumbs down on the greens and blues for me! Six of the twelve colours (Guy Meets Gal-veston, Ya’ll Come Back Ya Hear?, Too Hot Pink to Hold ‘Em, Big Hair…Big Nails, Do You Think I’m Tex-y? and Houston We Have a Purple) have what the company calls "a sorbet finish", meaning that the polish goes on slightly translucent. Your nails are sure to look juicy and sweet, just like your favourite sorbet on a warm Summer's day!
